Fee options

Option 1. Participation fee for everyone is 100€. It includes coffee and lunch at the venue on 12th and 13th

Option 2. Participation fee + 50€ for an excursion and lunch on 14 July

Deadline

Deadline for your payment is 10 days after you register.

Kindly note that if you don't make the payment in due time, your application will be canceled. You could sign up again, of course.

Places are limited and If we reach the limit before 20th June the registrations will be closed earlier.

- Accommodation tips

You can find a variety of options within the walking distance from the venue: from hotels and hostels to apartments. Price ranges are from 100 EUR per night for a single room in a 4-star hotel, to 20 EUR in a mixed room in a hostel.

- Public transportation

Public transport in Belgrade is not great. Given it will be summer (and probably very warm), advice would be to avoid public transportation for daily commutes and try to find accommodation within walking distance from the venue.
