DiEM25 in the Netherlands is joining the Extinction Rebellion support demo on March 11th!

While our comrades at XR will be blocking the A12 highway to demand an end to 17bln in fossil subsidies, we will be supporting them not ON the A12 but NEXT to it. We will be above on both sides along the sunken lanes of the A12 (Prins Clauslaan, near the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the temporary Lower House of Parliament)

Besides showing our love and support, we are also handing out flyers about the Green New Deal for Europe to share our vision of how we can move away from fossil fuels altogether: Just. Transition. Now!

We will gather in front of 'Openbaar Ministerie Parket Generaal', at the part of the pavement that is at the head of the tunnel at 11:30 and in between the two sides of Prins Clauslaan. At 11:45 we will start doing our first round of flyering around the sides of the A12 tunnel.
