MeRA25 continues on the electoral path. The Political Secretariat of our Greek party recommends the addition of the names in the following list that includes the next 11 candidates for the European elections, to the list of already approved candidates. The list includes the following 11 MEP candidates (6 women and 5 men):

Born in Heracleion, Crete. Studied Organization and Business Administration in the University of Macedonia. During his studies he had developed extensive political and trade union action as president of the Student Union of his school. He also appeared on various TV networks representing the Union. After completing his military service he started working professionally on buildings’ restoration. Married with two children. In Kos, where he lives, he has served as member of the administrative councils of various professional and cultural societies and he was running in the previous local elections for the region of South Aegean with the “South Aegean Forward” combination and also run as city councilor candidate with the combination “Alliance for Hope” for the municipality of Kos. Ideologically he is a Marxist.

Reasons for participation: She wants to intensify the party’s influence and its ideological penetration in Ileia and Larisa as she believes in them.
Additionally, she finds that the people don’t want to see the same political powers and politicians being elected again but if we don’t provide them with an alternative the will remain trapped in the same old powers. She believes that she represents the new and the hopeful.

Serafeidou Efterpi
She was born in Xanthi, Greece and studied in Alexandrian Technological Institute of Thessaloniki, as an Electronic Engineer. Continued her studies in the University of the Aegean and obtained a Master Degree in Cultural Informatics and Communication. She earned an internship in SAE Institute of Athens and performed her further studies as a Video Game Developer. In addition, she has attended many seminars in subjects of Digital Culture, Documentary and Photography.
During her professional career, she worked as a Technician/Video Editor in ERT A.E. in Thessaloniki from 2006 to 2010, later on as a Videographer and Photographer in Athens, as a Market Research Consultant in London, LQA Video Game Tester in Dublin and now she works as a Video Content Analyst in Krakow.
She has traveled and lived in many European countries such as United Kingdom Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Czechia and Poland and consider herself citizen of Europe. There she observed, analyzed and experienced the political and economical situations and earned an intuitive opinion for each situation.
She speaks English, Greek and some French, has environmental awareness and attitude and respect for all citizens despite their genre, age and nationality.
The reason she decided to take part in the European elections with the Mera25 part is because she believes in a Democratic European Union witch is equivalent and fair to all of its Nations, without class, racial and religious discrimination, but with equal rights in social and professional life, respect of the environment and free of social oppression.
